For the clear coat, we used a paint tray in the middle and two brushes to apply the product. We split the garage and each worked on one half, working from back to front.
One important tip is to invest in good quality rollers. The foam rollers provided in the kit do not last long. I learned this from a previous project 20 years ago. I purchased 6 Purdy 3/8 nap rollers and used 4 of them to apply both the Poly and the Clear Coat. It's important not to go cheap on the rollers. I used one roller per bag of paint for the Tan paint. Additionally, I recommend buying small disposable brushes for cutting in the edges and nitrile disposable gloves for the application process.

While the paint coverage is not perfect and there are some light color changes, I am satisfied with the result considering it is a garage. If you desire consistent coverage without any color changes, I recommend applying two coats of paint. One without chips and then another with chips.
