Many of our clients fall into the high risk category so we have had to almost completely rework the way we do business. We offer face time virtual viewing of properties, we use masks and sanitation precautions when meeting with our clients, we no longer offer our clients homes for public open houses but rather present virtually. Our experience allows us to still successfully provide great detail to our clients regarding a potential purchase or sale and get them to closing with minimal health risk.
We are seeing customers in person using full protective measures. We do spend a lot of time reviewing information over the phone, with links to properties and using face time so we can limit the in person interaction. Our clients still need to buy and sell homes so we have worked diligently to assure the best possible result in the safest manner.
