Ashburn CrossFit is a community of individuals that will support you and provide you with opportunities for excellence in fitness. CrossFit focuses on functional movements, high intensity, and constant variance to increase General Physical Preparedness (GPP) in all activities. As a CrossFit member, you will partake in weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, body weight movements, running, rowing, biking, and odd objects. Although CrossFit requires intense training, it can be performed (and modified) by anybody looking to improve their overall fitness.


Ashburn CrossFit Boot Camp

Monthly Boot Camp takes place from 10 to 11 a.m. every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and is an introductory course for those new to CrossFit. The program focuses on body weight movements so that you can ease into CrossFit or just lose weight and stay fit.


This 4-week program is designed specifically for 6th through 8th grade girls and takes place on Wednesdays from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. and Saturdays from 11 to 12 p.m. GirlStrong is a girls only environment that helps develop stamina, strength, and flexibility, and the small class size ensures proper form and fun.

Designed for kids ages 3 to 18, CrossFit for Kids is based on the principle of mechanics, consistency, and then intensity. This program focuses on good movement throughout childhood and adolescence and requires little or no equipment. The Dailey Method is revolutionary and takes fitness to a new level. Dailey Basics

Ideal class for beginners and experienced students who want a focused workout. Time is scheduled in so that students can focus on basic alignment principles. Fewer variations and more holds and cuing so that students can learn the positions.

45 minutes of intense cycling with a focus on alignment and form for a high calorie burn.

Dailey Interval

Faster-paced, 45-minute class  that combined periods of high and low intensity movement for superior cardiovascular conditioning. Heart rate moves up and down throughout the workout with active recovery periods. Upbeat music boosts your energy during intense portions. This class is recommended for students who have taken 20 Dailey Basics or Dailey Barre classes beforehand.

Dailey Cycle60

55 minutes of intense cycling followed by a 5-minute stretch that focuses on alignment and form for a metabolism boost.

Dailey Express

This 45-minute class has a similar format as a Dailey Barre class and is designed so that you can get a good workout in under an hour. This class is recommended for students who have completed 10 Dailey Basics or Dailey Barre classes beforehand.

Dailey Gentle

This class is perfect for those who want a more relaxed, barre-style workout. The class is designed for students recovering from surgery, illness or injury, for seniors and new practitioners, and to provide relief from disabilities and chronic conditions, e.g., arthritis, back pain, and other musculoskeletal issues.

Dailey +

This class is for experienced students who seek a self-focused and challenging workout. Advanced alignment cues promote internal body awareness so that students can complete faster-paced transitions, choreography, and stretching segments. Students will create deeper contractions in postures and poses in and out of the studio. This class is recommended for students who have completed 30 or more principles of mixed level classes at The Dailey Method.

Dailey Baby

Exercises are designed so that you can tote your little one in a front pack carrier. Dailey Baby is for new moms looking to balance fitness with motherhood. Student mothers are required to bring a baby blanket, front pack carrier, and, of course, a baby.

The team at Flow Yoga is devoted to providing students with classes that promote health and happiness. With 20 different classes from which to choose, Flow Yoga has a class for everyone—from beginners to more experienced yogis. Flow Yoga’s signature classes incorporate elements of heated vinyasa yoga for a “challenging yet rewarding” experience.


Acro Yoga Jam

Acro Yoga Jam is designed for AcroYogis to work together and teach one another their skills. Jams are hosted by JAMbassadors who review safety and spotting skills.


Ashantanga classes at Flow Yoga use the techniques of vinyasa yoga and keep the class hot—95 degrees Fahrenheit—so that student can stretch and strengthen their muscles.


The Basics class is perfect for beginners looking to learn basic postures and alignment principles. This class progresses at a slower pace, allowing students to ask questions, if needed. The classroom temperature is kept at 85 degrees Fahrenheit.

Chakra Flow

Chakra Flow engages the seven main energy centers, or chakras, by moving from root to corwn. This practice helps bring vitality and peace to your mind and body.

Deep Stretch

Engage and stretch your larger muscle groups as you build heat with flow, pranayama (breath work), and long deep holds. Classroom temperature is kept between 90 and 95 degrees Fahrenheit.

Flow 1

Designed for beginners and experienced yogis, Flow 1 teaches students the essential postures while focusing on breath, alignment, and transitions. Classroom temperature is kept between 90 and 95 degrees Fahrenheit.

Flow Chill

This class combines mindfulness and Yin and Restorative yoga to encourage relaxation and meditation.

Flow Express

Flow Express is a “vigorous” class that incorporates “sun salutations and standing poses to build heat and release toxins.” Students will then move into backbends and twists that help rejuvenate the body.

Flow Express: Core

Build core strength by engaging the muscles of your core, front, and back. Flow Express: Core begins with sun salutations and transitions “into core-focused poses.” The class ends by focusing on counter-poses and relaxation.

HH Yoga

 On the First Friday of every month, Flow Yoga hosts this class to encourage detoxification via yoga. After class, students can enjoy light snacks, beverages, and conversation.
Mixed Level

Mixed Level is a level up from Flow 1 and is designed for those looking to learn more complicated postures and a less-guided practice. Like Flow 1, this class also focuses on breath and alignment. Classroom temperature is kept between 90 and 95 degrees Fahrenheit.

Pre-Natal Yoga

This gentle yoga practice is perfect for expecting mothers. Pre-Natal Yoga focuses on breathing, relaxation, and yoga poses designed to help mothers with pregnancy and birth. This class helps encourage serenity, well being, and a connection with your baby. Please talk with your doctor beforehand if your pregnancy is considered high-risk.


Restorative Yoga is a therapeutic practice that incorporates props to support students and deepen certain poses. Students must pre-register beforehand and provide a 24-hour cancellation notice.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow is a good class for beginners, or those who are looking for a more relaxed class, that focuses on longer holds and grounding postures. Students will perform basic postures, hip openers, forward folds, and restorative stretching. Classroom temperature is kept at 85 degrees Fahrenheit.

Yin Yang

This class combines Yin (lunar) and Yang (solar) yoga for a class that is more relaxed than Vinyasa and Ashtanga classes. Yin Yang Yoga helps encourage a deeper mind/body connection.

Yin Yoga

This practice of yoga helps stretch the body’s connective tissues in the hips, thighs, and lower spine. Yin Yoga helps “stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas of the body” and is the perfect complement to Yang Yoga.

Yoga Nidra

Also known as “Yogic Sleep”, Yoga Nidra has been practiced for thousands of years and encourages “deep and exquisite…rest” that allows the body to recover from daily activities via a strong mind/body connection.

Yoga Private

Flow Yoga offers students the opportunity to work one-on-one with their favorite instructor so that students can get the most out of their practice.

Yoga Sculpt

This class is perfect for those looking for a balance between resistance training and yoga. Yoga Sculpt begins with sun salutations and the moves into isolated weight exercises. Resistance training will encourage “slow, controlled movement” and is followed by yoga stretches and breath work. Students must pre-register beforehand and provide a 24-hour cancellation notice.

Yoga for Runners

Yoga for Runners provides the optimal balance for devoted runners. Deep stretch and slow flow encourages body realignment and balance to help reduce the risk of injury.

Hone your self-defense skills and get in great shape with Kore Krav Maga. Krav Maga focuses “on simple principles and instinctive movements” to teach you how to defend yourself “against common chokes, grabs, and bearhugs, as well as weapons such as guns, knives, and sticks.” Students will also be taught how to deal with stress and psychological trauma, thus allowing you to control your fight/flight instinct. Kore Krav Maga instructors are all Israeli-trained and certified and are directly related to founder Imi Lichtenfeld (Sde-Or). In addition to a host of classes, Kore Krav Maga also offers member seminars, public seminars, practitioner testing, and private lessons.

Each of the two to three groups will be assigned to a specific area in the gym: treadmills, rowers, and the weight room. The training period for each area will be timed and will switch “in a counter clockwise ‘Tornado’ direction.”

As a HIIT-based program, Tabata will get you in shape in record time. This workout rotates between 20 seconds of full-on exercise to 10 seconds of rest for eight sets of seven exercises. Research has shown that Tabata workouts are associated with improved fat loss and cardiovascular endurance.
