I’m a certified psychic medium that provides intuitive counseling using my innate abilities.  I teach yoga, meditation, Reiki, and mentor and certify other mediums and psychics.  I am a certified astrologer with a regularly published horoscope column and a daily contributor to several social media sites.   In 2017, I co-founded the Holistic Energy Expo, and in 2018, I helped found the wellness center at Healing Crystals.

One word that best describes your work pace: Driven

Tell us a little about your background and how you got here.

I was born with an ability to communicate with spirit, have a “knowing” about other people and have precognition.  In my late teens and early 20’s, I began doing psychic/medium readings and going to people’s homes that were having issues with “ghosts.”  It wasn’t until a friend, deep in a coma, asked me to deliver a message for healing to his family that I began exploring a deeper connection to spirit, about decade ago.  Seeing that my gifts could help others, I started professionally reading clients and sharing my knowledge by teaching and mentoring other mediums.

Take us through typical day.

Upon waking, I spend time in quiet contemplation, meditating.  After drinking a strong cup of coffee while going over my schedule, I shower where I usually start receiving information from spirit about the upcoming readings.  In the office, the mornings are spent mentoring students through psychic mediumship development, trance mediumship, or Reiki healing certifications.  The afternoons are for the various types of client readings and Reiki healing sessions.  Late evenings I spend journaling.

What apps, gadgets, or tools do you rely on everyday?

I rely heavily on my website, and on the online booking app that automatically syncs with my calendar and notifies me of upcoming appointments.

What’s your office setup like?

My office is calming.  Soft music plays, candles softly light the office, and sage/lavender scented essential oils are diffused.

What’s your best time-saving shortcut?

Having all the information, about what to expect from a session with me, on my website.  This way clients can read about me and how I might be able to help them.

Who are the people who help you get things done, and how do you rely on them?

I rely on my daughter, a millennial, who is savvier on Instagram, especially with branding to a younger generation.

How do you keep track of your to-do lists?

I use apps on my mobile phone that send me messages of the to-dos still left to finish.

What’s your least favorite thing to do, and how do you deal?

I dislike the accounting aspect of my business.  I use a mobile app and get help from professionals.

Do you take Posh timeouts? What do you do when you want to forget about work?

Several times a day, I take time to listen to music and meditate.  I love to read and take long walks with my dog.  I spend a lot of time with friends hanging out at home or playing games (Telestrations is a favorite right now).

What are you currently reading, or what’s something you’d recommend?

I’m reading a few books about Vedic Astrology as that is what I’m currently studying.  I would recommend reading Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian L. Weiss.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

Relax and enjoy the ride.  My dad said this to me when I was 5 years old while riding on a Ferris wheel at night.  I was terrified of heights and how the seat rocked back and forth as we went around and round.  He took my hands, that were covering my face and eyes, and told me to open my eyes and look around at all the lights.  He said to me that even though I was afraid, I should relax and enjoy the ride.

Is there anything else you’d like to add that might be interesting to readers and fans?

Be present in all your relationships and share how you feel about your loved ones now.  We never know when there might not be another chance.
