KENNEDY CENTER FAMILY DAY: LUNAR NEW YEAR CELEBRATION

CHOCOLATE LOVERS FESTIVAL

THE WASHINGTON DC 46TH ANNUAL ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE

The St. Patrick’s Day Parade has been held  annually in Washington, DC since 1971 and has grown from a leisurely stroll by a few hundred participants on Massachusetts Avenue to a mile long, two-hour celebration of Irish culture along Constitution Avenue. Come watch the ornate floats, marching bands, traditional pipe bands, Irish dancing, military processions, police and fire departments, and much more.
